Our institution has Placement cell and is committed to provide all possible assistance to students to achieve their career goals. Dr.Nityananda Mondal is designated as the Placement in charge, having good liaison between industry and institution.

Objectives:

1. To help students in identifying and achieving their career objectives.
2. To provide and disseminate information, avenues and placements to students.

Functions of Career Guidance training and placement cell

1. To collect, disseminate and display information from newspapers, internet and contact sources on different job and career related advertisements.
2. To organize workshops, seminars, pre-placement talks, presentations on emerging professional trends, Personality Development, Communication Skills, Interview Skills and Presentation Skills.
3. Organize campus interviews to provide them necessary facilities for Recruitment process.
4. To create awareness about the importance of higher studies in India and abroad.
5. To provide the information and training of various types of aptitude tests for the competitive exams such as GPAT, GRE and competitive civil exams.
6. Assist students in identifying their strengths, goals and sharpening their skills and planning for a target oriented future.

• Seminar Hall (100 seated& with built in Sound system & Projector Screen)
• Exclusive Training and placement cell (for recruiters) G.D. and Interview rooms.
• Computer centre (with LAN, UPS back up and 100 MBPS Internet connectivity)

Counselling for higher studies GRE,GPAT etc:

Career counselling sessions are organized to guide the students in order to choose the best career option.Students are encouraged to take up the following options based on their individual strengths:

• Higher studies.
• Encourage to appear for various competitive examinations like Like GRE,GPAT etc.

The Training and Placement Cell is also committed to enhance the employability skills of the students by organizing following training programs.

• Organizing Aptitude training programs to enhance quantitative, verbal, logical & reasoning skills.
• Organizing soft-skills training to improve the student’s personality, Confidence level, Public Speaking skills, Conducting Mock Interviews, Group discussions.
