5. School leaving/ College leaving certificate (With proper DATE, STAMP & SIGNATURE) PDF format 40kb to 1mb

6. Migration Certificate. Applicable for CBSE & ICSE PDF format 40kb to 1mb

7. Allotment Letter/ Admission Letter PDF format 40kb to 2mb

8. Declaration for break-in study (Year gap between last degree to present degree) (.pdf format 40kb to 1mb).

     a. Year gap < 3 years: An application to the Assistant Registrar of     

        WBUHS regarding the gap. Self- declaration for break-in study   

        must be attested by Principal

     b. Year gap >=3 years: A notary regarding the year gap.

9. Mark sheet of Educational Qualifications. HS marksheet (.pdf format 40kb to 1mb).

10. Pass Certificates of Educational Qualifications. HS pass certificates (.pdf format 40kb to 1mb).
